The two sides will carry out joint research and development around the oversize bearings of heavy equipment in mines, and accelerate the high-quality development of the national equipment manufacturing industry by realizing independent replacement of more key basic parts.
Heavy mining equipment represented by large mining mills is a representative product of "Made in Luoyang". The large mining mill designed and produced by CITIC Heavy Industries was once rated as a "Chinese Famous Brand Product". The heavy-duty, slow speed, and extra-large bearings used in it have not yet been fully localized.
The State Key Laboratory for Aviation Precision Bearings and the State Key Laboratory for Heavy Equipment in Mines are enterprise State Key Laboratory built by Luoyang Axis and CITIC Heavy Industries respectively. Through this strong strong cooperation, the two State Key Laboratory will give full play to the advantages of the national science and technology innovation platform, strengthen technological breakthroughs, upgrade industrial chain cooperation, and jointly break through the "choke" technology of special oversize bearings for heavy mining equipment, so as to achieve independent control of key core technologies, break the monopoly of the imported bearing market, promote independent innovation of heavy mining equipment bearings, and build a new quality evaluation system for heavy mining equipment.
